Interventions Electrical Systems
West Deco NV's intervention conditions.
A. Conditions of intervention
- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that requesting service may incur costs. After the visit of our technician, we will check whether the works are within warranty or not.
- If the work is within warranty, you should not have to pay for it. If not, costs will be charged. These charges will be passed on to the client based on pre-established rates. If the damage or poor operation of the system is due to factors other than the system itself (electricity grid, misuse, etc...), the displacement and hours worked will always be invoiced according to the rates. A detailed explanation of our rates can be found in our terms and conditions under "B. Rates".
- With the express confirmation of a service request, the client agrees to West Deco's rates and warranty terms. Service requests should always be directed to info@westdeco.be with the subject line ‘Service Request’ . The warranty conditions can be found in the “C. Warranty Conditions” listed below.
- Placing a request for intervention, implies that the client expressly authorizes the execution of the requested intervention and that the client expressly acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal once the intervention has been carried out, this in implementation of the provisions of the Code of Economic Law (art. VI.53).
- For all on-site interventions, the presence of the client is required so that the service report can be signed off. If the client is not present, he agrees with the conclusions and works performed by West Deco.
- Our technicians are not officially licensed electricians. This implies that they have no authority to make adjustments and/or modifications to the electrical system. Our technicians are not insured to connect electrical systems
