Requesting a return or exchange at West Deco should always be done via e-mail to service@westdeco.be within 8 days of receiving the goods. In the e-mail we would like to receive the order number / packing slip number / invoice number so that we can easily find the order and history in our system. If this information is available, we aim to process your message within 2 working days.
